What is included

Corporate event management

End-to-end ownership of internal conferences, leadership summits, awards evenings, client events and team offsites — concept, budget, venue, suppliers and live delivery.

Conference and congress management

Multi-day agendas, speaker management, delegate registration, breakout logistics, AV and sponsor delivery for association and corporate conferences.

Exhibition stands and physical build

Design, fabrication, transport, install and de-rig of custom exhibition stands and trade show booths, including graphics, lighting, AV integration and storage between shows.

Event production

Staging, rigging, sound, lighting, LED, scenic, power and show calling — specced and run as one production package rather than five disconnected suppliers.

Brand activations

Pop-ups, roadshows, product launches and experiential builds that need to look identical in five cities and survive being moved between them.

Destination management in Canada

Inbound support for international organisers running a Canadian leg: venue sourcing, ground logistics, local suppliers, permits and on-the-ground representation.

One team holding planning, production and build

Most events fail in the seams — between the planner and the AV company, between the stand designer and the show organiser, between the venue and the person who actually has to run the room. Every seam is a place where responsibility becomes ambiguous.

We hold planning, production and physical build under one contract so there is one person accountable for the whole outcome. When something changes on site, it gets solved rather than negotiated.

Corporate event being coordinated by a single delivery team

Designed for Canadian venues, timelines and load-in windows

A concept that only works on paper is a liability. Everything we design is checked against the venue's real access, the real load-in window, the real power supply and the real crew hours available.

  • Venue-verified plans
  • Realistic load-in windows
  • Union and venue rules factored in
  • Contingencies that stay invisible

How we work

  1. 01

    Scoping call

A short call to establish the format, the date, the headcount, the venue position and the budget band. If we are not the right fit for the brief we say so on that call rather than three weeks later.

  2. 02

    Concept and costed plan

You receive a written concept with a line-by-line budget, a supplier position and a delivery timeline. Everything proposed is designed to survive a real venue, a real load-in window and a real room.

  3. 03

    Build and production

Suppliers are contracted, drawings are approved, technical is specced and the run of show is locked. You get a single point of contact rather than a supplier list to chase.

  4. 04

    On-site delivery

Our team is on site for load-in, rehearsal, live delivery and de-rig. Issues are handled without being escalated to you mid-event.

  5. 05

    Reconciliation

A final budget reconciliation and a debrief covering what worked, what we would change and what to lock earlier next time.

Send us the brief

The more of this we have up front, the faster we can tell you whether we are the right fit and what it is likely to cost. If we are not right for the brief we will say so.

Frequently Asked Questions

What size of event do you take on?

Projects generally start around CAD $5,000 and run up to roughly half a million dollars for multi-day conferences and large exhibition builds. Below that band you are usually better served by the venue's in-house coordinator.

Which cities do you cover?

We are based in Ottawa and deliver across Canada, most frequently in Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Calgary and Ottawa. Travel and accommodation for our crew is quoted transparently as a line item.

Do you handle the physical build as well as the planning?

Yes. Stand and set fabrication, staging, scenic and technical production are handled in the same scope rather than subcontracted to a party you have to manage separately.

How much lead time do you need?

Eight weeks is comfortable for a single-day corporate event; multi-day conferences and custom exhibition builds are best started 16 to 24 weeks out. Shorter timelines are possible but narrow the supplier and venue options.

How is a project priced?

A costed plan with line-by-line budget is issued after the scoping call. Management fees are stated separately from supplier costs so you can see exactly what is being spent where.

Book a scoping call

Twenty minutes to establish the format, the date, the headcount and the budget band. You will leave the call knowing whether this is a fit and what happens next.
