Physical build

Exhibition Stand Builders in Canada

An exhibition stand is a construction project with a fixed, immovable deadline. Drawings have to clear the show organiser, materials have to arrive in the right city, the install has to finish inside the build window, and the whole thing has to come down overnight. We design, fabricate, install and de-rig custom exhibition stands for Canadian trade shows.

What is included

Stand design and 3D visuals

Concept, 3D renders and technical drawings developed against your space allocation, brand system and the show's build regulations.

Fabrication

Custom joinery, structures, counters, storage, walls and hanging elements built to travel and to be rebuilt.

Graphics and lighting

Large-format print, backlit panels, LED screens and lighting design that reads from the aisle rather than only up close.

Show paperwork

Organiser submissions, structural sign-off, electrical orders, rigging requests and health and safety documentation handled on your behalf.

Install, de-rig and storage

Transport, on-site install crew, stand supervision during show days, overnight de-rig and storage between shows so the asset is reusable.

Trade show management

Where you exhibit at several shows a year, we manage the whole programme — schedule, stand reconfiguration, logistics and staffing.

A stand you can use more than once

A stand designed for a single show is money spent once. A stand designed as a kit — modular structures, replaceable graphics, sized to standard freight — can be reconfigured for a 10x20 in one city and a 20x20 in the next.

We design for the second and third show from the start, and store the asset between them.

Custom exhibition stand design and fabrication

The build window is the whole project

Show floors do not move their dates. Everything is planned backwards from the install window, with drawings approved and freight booked long before the show organiser's deadlines force it.

  • Organiser-approved drawings
  • Freight booked to the build window
  • Install crew supervised on site
  • Overnight de-rig handled

How we work

  1. 01

    Scoping call

A short call to establish the format, the date, the headcount, the venue position and the budget band. If we are not the right fit for the brief we say so on that call rather than three weeks later.

  2. 02

    Concept and costed plan

You receive a written concept with a line-by-line budget, a supplier position and a delivery timeline. Everything proposed is designed to survive a real venue, a real load-in window and a real room.

  3. 03

    Build and production

Suppliers are contracted, drawings are approved, technical is specced and the run of show is locked. You get a single point of contact rather than a supplier list to chase.

  4. 04

    On-site delivery

Our team is on site for load-in, rehearsal, live delivery and de-rig. Issues are handled without being escalated to you mid-event.

  5. 05

    Reconciliation

A final budget reconciliation and a debrief covering what worked, what we would change and what to lock earlier next time.

Send us the brief

The more of this we have up front, the faster we can tell you whether we are the right fit and what it is likely to cost. If we are not right for the brief we will say so.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you build custom stands or only modular systems?

Both. Custom fabrication where the space and brand justify it, modular systems where reusability and freight cost matter more.

Can you handle the show organiser's paperwork?

Yes — structural submissions, electrical and rigging orders, and health and safety documentation are part of the scope.

Do you store the stand between shows?

Yes. Storage and refurbishment between shows is quoted as an ongoing line rather than a surprise.

Can you staff the stand during the show?

We supervise the stand technically during show days and can arrange brand staffing where required.

How far in advance should we start?

Ten to twenty weeks. Custom fabrication and freight to another province are the two things that cannot be compressed.

Book a scoping call

Twenty minutes to establish the format, the date, the headcount and the budget band. You will leave the call knowing whether this is a fit and what happens next.
