Payal directs end-to-end event operations across the Canadian portfolio. She converts client objectives into structured execution plans aligned with budgets, stakeholder expectations, and contractual milestones.
Her remit includes venue sourcing and negotiation, supplier procurement, cost control, production scheduling, compliance documentation, and risk mitigation. For corporate clients operating across provinces, she ensures liability insurance, food safety certifications, health and safety standards, and municipal permits are secured well ahead of event day.
Payal has delivered executive roundtables, product launches, investor briefings, industry networking forums, and high-capacity corporate functions throughout Canada. Each engagement is governed by milestone tracking, contingency planning, and defined performance benchmarks to maintain commercial control while protecting brand reputation.
Axel – Production & Logistics Lead
Axel oversees the production infrastructure and logistical framework supporting every Pearl Lemon Events Canada engagement. His responsibilities include staging layout, audiovisual integration, lighting design, equipment hire, transportation logistics, floor plan configuration, and supplier load-in and load-out scheduling.
Large-scale Canadian events often involve multi-vendor coordination, venue restrictions, and strict timing windows. Delays, specification errors, or layout inconsistencies can disrupt programme flow and impact stakeholder perception. Axel mitigates this exposure through structured site inspections, technical schematics, supplier briefings, and detailed timeline management.
From corporate conferences in major metropolitan centres to experiential brand campaigns and multi-room functions, he ensures every technical component performs to specification and aligns with programme objectives.
Catherine – Event Catering Lead
Catherine manages catering coordination across all Pearl Lemon Events Canada functions. She supervises menu structuring, dietary compliance, kitchen scheduling, supplier integration, staffing deployment, and service timing.
Her role requires continuous coordination between front-of-house teams, culinary staff, event managers, and third-party vendors. Whether delivering an executive boardroom lunch or servicing a corporate gala with several hundred guests, she maintains consistency in presentation standards, portion control, and service pacing.
Catherine also oversees operational adjustments when guest counts shift, dietary requirements change, or programme schedules are revised. Her structured management approach ensures catering remains aligned with brand positioning and complements the overall event experience.
