What is included

Technical design and costed specification

Room plans, stage and screen layouts, audio coverage, lighting, power and rigging requirements documented before suppliers quote.

Staging, AV, lighting and video

A coordinated technical package for speech, content playback, scenic impact and reliable operation rather than disconnected equipment orders.

Scenic and branded environments

Stage sets, backdrops, registration environments and branded structures designed to fit the venue access, build window and touring plan.

Rehearsal and show calling

A written cue stack, speaker checks, playback testing and an accountable show caller coordinating every department live.

Regional crews and suppliers

Local production partners contracted to the same specification, with one lead responsible for quality and communication across cities.

Load-in, de-rig and reconciliation

Crew schedules built around venue windows, on-site production management and a final comparison of actual costs against the approved plan.

One show standard, adapted to each Canadian venue

A national programme should feel consistent without pretending every room is the same. Ceiling height, power, rigging, in-house supplier rules and labour conditions change by venue and province.

We hold the audience experience and technical standard constant, then adapt the equipment, crew and build plan to what each room can actually support.

Decide what travels and what should be sourced locally

Touring every piece of equipment between cities is rarely the best use of budget. We identify the scenic, branded and show-control elements that protect consistency, then source commodity equipment and qualified crew close to each venue.

The result is one production plan with fewer freight miles, fewer surprises and a clear owner when the schedule changes.

How we work

  1. 01

    Scoping call

A short call to establish the format, the date, the headcount, the venue position and the budget band. If we are not the right fit for the brief we say so on that call rather than three weeks later.

  2. 02

    Concept and costed plan

You receive a written concept with a line-by-line budget, a supplier position and a delivery timeline. Everything proposed is designed to survive a real venue, a real load-in window and a real room.

  3. 03

    Build and production

Suppliers are contracted, drawings are approved, technical is specced and the run of show is locked. You get a single point of contact rather than a supplier list to chase.

  4. 04

    On-site delivery

Our team is on site for load-in, rehearsal, live delivery and de-rig. Issues are handled without being escalated to you mid-event.

  5. 05

    Reconciliation

A final budget reconciliation and a debrief covering what worked, what we would change and what to lock earlier next time.

Send us the brief

The more of this we have up front, the faster we can tell you whether we are the right fit and what it is likely to cost. If we are not right for the brief we will say so.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does an event production company handle?

The technical and live-delivery system: staging, sound, lighting, video, scenic, power, rigging, crew, rehearsal, show calling, load-in and de-rig. We can work as the production partner to your planner or own the wider event scope as well.

Can you produce the same event in several Canadian cities?

Yes. We create one production specification and cue structure, then adapt equipment, crew and venue plans city by city while keeping the audience experience consistent.

Do you work with venue-mandated AV suppliers?

Yes. Where a venue requires its in-house team, we manage that supplier to the approved specification and integrate them into the same rehearsal and show-calling plan.

Can you support bilingual events in Canada?

Yes. Bilingual content, interpretation workflows, show documents and front-of-house requirements can be planned into the technical scope, particularly for Ottawa, Montreal and national audiences.
